I'm a first time mom and was very hesitant heading back to work. I wasn't ready to hand over my 4-month-old to anyone else. Savannah was amazing walking me through the process and ensuring my concerns were heard every step of the way. Even after my needs and schedule changed she seamlessly pivoted to make sure I found the perfect nanny. When I voiced concerns about an initial option rather than talk me down from my new mom paranoia, she assured me that if I wasn't 100% confident she could find a better fit and she wanted me to be able to pass off my baby without any hesitation. Boy, did she deliver! My nanny quickly became a part of the family, my son took to her immediately and she has been wonderful about offering her expertise but also listening to any guidance or preferences I have.
